The role focuses on ensuring product availability and on-time delivery while balancing inventory levels, operational risks, and costs across global sites and logistics centers. Key Responsibilities Lead the global supply chain planning process, translating sales forecasts and customer orders into production, purchasing, and inventory plans. Manage subcontractors and manufacturers in Israel and abroad, including production plans, material availability, capacity, priorities, and delivery performance. Ensure customer delivery commitments are met through ongoing monitoring of orders, supply gaps, shortages, and operational risks. Manage global inventory levels, replenishment plans, and inventory policies across company sites and logistics centers. Drive initiatives to reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory. Identify supply chain bottlenecks and proactively manage shortages to ensure continuity of supply. Monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs, targets, and improvement plans. Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product Management, and Information Systems. Build, track, and present key supply chain performance indicators. Manage and develop a small professional team. Requirements: Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, or supply management in a global company. At least 2 years of experience managing a professional team. Proven experience working with international subcontractors and manufacturers – must . Hands-on experience in production planning, material planning, forecasting, purchasing, and global inventory management. Experience managing customer delivery commitments and order fulfillment processes. Strong understanding of demand forecasting and supply planning. Experience working in a complex global environment with multiple products, suppliers, sites, and stakeholders. High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken English. Willingness to work with suppliers and stakeholders across different time zones and travel abroad as needed.
