This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operations, vendor management, forecasting, and process improvement. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. - Oversee demand planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory control. - Ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency. - Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives. - Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness. - Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies. - Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management. - Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and analytics tools. - Proven track record in supplier negotiation, inventory planning, and cost control. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Can start ASAP Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Employee discount - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Paid toll fees - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
