Daily manage replenishment plan to ensure proper inventory level, day cover vs sale plan. Ensure the warehouse manages a healthy inventory level, with low slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) stocks. Monitor, propose and implement solutions to avoid/ minimize slow-moving stock and expired goods. Implement the proposal for improvement processes & systems, running reports as a requirement. Working with suppliers about quality issues to ensure good quality products for sale and customers. Develop and maintain monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics. Continuous improvement to the forecasting process to minimize forecast error. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager. Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a demand planning/forecasting role is a plus. Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures is a plus.
