Join a fast-growing UK-based electrical distribution company and play a key role in sourcing electrical products, negotiating with suppliers, and supporting a dynamic supply chain operation. Key Responsibilities - Source and onboard local and international suppliers of electrical products. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options. - Manage procurement activities and supplier performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability. - Prepare sourcing and supplier performance reports. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field . - Minimum 2–3 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the electrical, engineering, or utilities sector . - Strong understanding of electrical products such as LV/HV cables, jointing kits, ducting, tools, and related materials . - Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing procurement processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience working with international suppliers is an added advantage.
