Develop and maintain FG supply plans based on demand forecasts, customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capabilities. 2. Review demand requirements and changes, and translate them into appropriate FG production and supply requirements 3. Coordinate with Production to establish feasible production schedules based on capacity, production priorities, and material availability. 4. Monitor FG inventory levels, safety stocks, Months on Hand (MOH), and inventory targets to maintain healthy inventory levels. 5. Monitor FG availability and identify potential shortages, stock-outs, excess inventory, and other supply risks. 6. Track actual production versus the planned schedule and coordinate actions for delays, variances, or changes in production requirements. 7. Coordinate with RM and PM planners to ensure the availability of required materials to support the FG production plan. 8. Recommend and coordinate supply allocation based on customer requirements, inventory position, business priorities, and product availability. 9. Prepare and maintain supply planning reports and analyze inventory, demand, production, OOS, and other relevant KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior whenever necessary.
