Monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product testing to achieve on target Finding & optimize parameters & routing, tooling and technic for new product. Lead for corrective and preventive action in case delay and quality issue, make decision and finding solution for day-to-day issue and inform to concern member. Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
