Employee Management - Recruit and select employees to support business operations. - Organize employee training on product knowledge and store regulations. - Communicate and reinforce the company’s Five Rules with team members. - Plan and coordinate employee on-the-job training at stores or branches before official deployment. - Provide ongoing support, supervision, and team engagement to maintain employee performance and retention. 2. Store Operations & Execution - Prepare work equipment, product information, documents, and other materials required for store operations. - Check and monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS) items in the system. - Verify promotional activities, rental spaces, price tags, and advertising materials against information provided by the Sales team. - Identify opportunities to secure additional promotional or special display spaces within stores. - Monitor product displays and merchandising activities to ensure compliance with the company’s Five Rules. - Check inventory levels to ensure sufficient product availability. - Visit stores and coordinate with store managers and department supervisors to support smooth operations. - Record store visit findings, identify operational issues, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. #LI-TT1 Requisition Number: 250172 Job Function: Field Marketing
