Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description: Vitalant is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Donor Outreach Supervisor to play a vital role in our call center and make significant contributions to our life-saving mission. Your impact as a Donor Outreach Supervisor is vital. You will actively support Vitalant 's life-saving mission by supervising and coordinating daily Donor Outreach activities, ensuring the achievement of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You will oversee a Customer Service team dedicated to inspiring previous and potential donors to schedule their next donation appointment.
