Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and daily manpower deployment. Assign duties to service and kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during operating hours. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements. Monitor food quality, preparation standards and service quality. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues professionally. Monitor inventory levels, stock usage and assist with ordering and receiving of supplies. Conduct regular checks on food storage, equipment and outlet cleanliness. Assist in training and coaching new and existing staff on service standards and operating procedures. Monitor daily sales, cash handling and basic operational records. Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to support daily operations. Assist the Manager in implementing operational procedures and improving efficiency. Prepare daily operational reports and escalate operational issues to the Manager when necessary. Our company is the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Empolyment Agency, we have fixed customers on a regular job orders including mechanical manufacturing, catering, hairdressing, transport services, marketing & sales etc. We will choose the most suitable candidates based on individual conditions, meanwhile to protect empolyers's right and provide better follow-up services.
