We're a lifestyle brand built around genuinely healthy, functional beverages that fuel high-performance lives. We're looking for a full-time Supervisor for our Royal Exchange store to run smooth shifts, support the team, and maintain the standards that make Elevate what it is. The role You'll lead the team on shift, keeping service organised, products consistent, and the store looking its best. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll provide clear direction, lead by example, and flag anything that needs their attention. What you'll do - Lead the shift: organise daily tasks, coordinate breaks, manage queues, and keep service running smoothly during busy periods. - Support stock and prep: carry out weekly stock takes, check deliveries, follow FIFO, and flag shortages or stock issues to management. - Maintain hygiene and safety: complete opening and closing checklists, keep temperature logs accurate, and oversee daily and scheduled cleaning. - Represent the brand: welcome guests warmly, handle everyday queries, and keep the space clean, welcoming, and well presented. - Support team training: help new team members learn recipes, techniques, and service standards, offering clear guidance and correcting mistakes constructively. - Communicate clearly: provide thorough shift handovers and flag team performance, maintenance, or operational concerns to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. - Support store performance: encourage natural upselling, maintain accurate portioning, and minimise waste without compromising quality. What we're looking for - Previous experience in hospitality, speciality coffee, juice bars, or premium food retail. - Supervisory or shift leader experience, with confidence guiding a team through a busy service. - A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team. - Calm judgement under pressure and the ability to prioritise. - Strong attention to detail and pride in product quality, cleanliness, and presentation. - A friendly, clear communicator who can give constructive feedback and recognise when to involve management. - An interest in health, wellness, and what Elevate stands for.
