The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of supervisory experience in supermarket, grocery, retail, or FMCG operations and be capable of managing staff, inventory, customer service, and store performance. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day supermarket operations and ensure smooth store functioning. - Supervise, motivate, and coordinate supermarket staff and assign daily duties. - Monitor sales, stock levels, product availability, and merchandising. - Ensure proper receiving, storage, pricing, and display of products. - Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage, shortages, and stock discrepancies. - Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of customer service. - Monitor cashier operations and ensure accurate billing and cash-handling procedures. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall store standards. - Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely replenishment of stock. - Prepare and monitor daily sales and operational reports. - Ensure company policies, procedures, and food-safety standards are followed. - Support promotional activities and implement sales strategies to improve store performance. - Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action. Requirements - 3–4 years of experience as a Supervisor in a supermarket, grocery, hypermarket, or retail environment. - Strong team-management and communication skills. - Good knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory control, and merchandising. - Ability to handle customer issues professionally. - Basic computer and reporting skills. - Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. - Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
