POSITION SUMMARY : - Lead and develop a credentialing team, providing coaching, training, performance management, and timekeeping oversight for direct reports. - Oversee provider credentialing, licensing, privileging, re-credentialing, and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. - Manage operational workflows including application readiness review, credentialing file path assessment, worklist management, and credentialing software updates. - Collaborate with internal leadership, local practices, providers, and external clients to ensure timely processing, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Monitor team performance metrics, manage escalated issues, conduct audits, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
