Find your story in our books! Penguin Publishing Group Creative Marketing Services Designing books—covers, jackets, and interiors—is a collaborative effort. The staff reviews the book and meets with the editor and marketing department to create a visual-packaging direction and oversee its implementation to both represent the book's essence and attract the target audience. Some responsibilities may include supporting a variety of marketing projects, including social media, digital ads, video, motion graphics, and print materials. Responsibilities include creating graphics, conducting image research, and assisting senior designers with creative projects. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented design or art students eager to gain hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite in a professional setting. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DETAILS Penguin Random House offers a 10-week PAID, REMOTE internship opportunity available in our adult, children’s, and corporate divisions. Interns are exposed to the publishing process and our business through panels, networking events, and employee speaker series! Summer interns work for 28 hours per week and are paid $21/hour. What you study does not matter! We are looking for your desire to work with books, your drive to learn and your curiosity for the publishing industry.
