About the Role We are looking for a Style Ambassador to join the established and friendly team at our White Rose Store for approx 12 hours per week to include evenings and weekends. Our Style Advisors are the face of our business. Natural and friendly, you will go out of your way to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers. You will enjoy working in a fashion retail environment and use your knowledge and training to provide customers with that perfect head-to-toe outfit! You must be available to work a minimum of Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends, with flexibility to work additional hours and overtime during peak periods. What You’ll Be Doing No two days are ever the same (just how we like it). You’ll be: - Creating a warm, welcoming and inspiring experience for every customer - Offering styling advice and building genuine connections - Bringing the Joe Browns brand to life with your personality and passion - Supporting with deliveries, stock organisation and keeping the store looking its absolute best - Working as part of a close-knit team to achieve store goals Retail is hands-on, fast-paced and full of variety. As part of the role, you’ll be comfortable with: - Being on your feet and active on the shop floor - Assisting and communicating with customers throughout your shift - Using tills and digital systems - Handling stock, including lifting and carrying boxes - Moving stock around the store (including using stairs where applicable) - Reaching for and organising stock in store and stockroom - Using ladders or kick stools safely - Preparing stock (tagging, size cubing, etc.) - Supporting deliveries and stock takes - Keeping the store clean, tidy and welcoming You’ll also be flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and busy seasonal periods (like Christmas).
