# Studio Manager **b∙long Modern Pilates** · West Palm Beach, FL 33401 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About b∙long Modern Pilates b∙long Modern Pilates is a premium X-Former Pilates studio, built for every age and stage. We believe movement should be something you return to, not something you have to constantly start over. Our approach blends traditional Pilates with modern strength training in a grounded, elevated environment where women can build lasting strength, connect with their bodies, and feel good at every stage of life. We’re creating more than a place to work out. We’re building a community of women who are still becoming—stronger, more confident, and more connected to themselves along the way. With studios across San Diego and expanding into Florida, we’re growing a brand that is thoughtful, ambitious, and deeply rooted in community. We care about how we move, how we show up for our clients, and how we make people feel when they walk through our doors. If you believe Pilates should be approachable, that strength is built over time, and that the best studios are the ones people genuinely want to come back to, you’ll feel at home at b∙long. JOB OVERVIEW You are the person who fills this studio. We are opening a brand-new location and need a Studio Manager who treats membership growth as the job, not a side task. This is a sales-first role: roughly 60% of your week is selling, following up, and converting; 30% is community building and client care; 10% is studio operations. You will teach a small number of classes each week to stay connected to the floor, but you are not being hired as an instructor. You are being hired to build a 200-member studio from zero. You report directly to the founder and CEO. You will have real ownership, real numbers, and real accountability. What you will own Pre-sale launch. Run the founding member campaign from November through opening day: 50 founding memberships sold at the lifetime rate lock before doors open in January 2027. Membership growth. Take the studio from 0 to 130 recurring members (breakeven) by end of month 6 and to 200 recurring members by end of month 12. Intro-to-member conversion. Convert a minimum of 50% of intro clients to membership within 14 days of their first visit. Follow up with every intro client within 24 hours, using the b long sales manual and follow-up sequences. Lead response. Respond to every new lead (web, Walla, Instagram, walk-in, phone) within 2 business hours. Zero leads unworked at end of day. Retention. Keep monthly membership churn under 5%. Personally reach out to every member who has not attended in 10 days and run the win-back sequence for cancellations. Community building. Host a minimum of 2 community events per month (partner pop-ups, member socials, local business collaborations) and build 10 active local business partnerships within the first 6 months. Class utilization. Hit fill-rate targets of 85% in prime-time classes and 80% in early-morning and evening classes by month 4; adjust the schedule monthly based on Walla utilization data. Reporting. Own all sales, membership, and retention reporting in Walla. Deliver a weekly numbers report to the CEO every Monday by 10:00 AM covering leads, intros, conversions, cancellations, and net member growth. Floor presence and operations. Teach 3 to 5 classes per week. Maintain a spotless, on-brand studio, manage front-desk coverage, inventory, and vendor relationships, and support the instructor team's scheduling and coverage. Who you are 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or membership-sales role, ideally in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail. You have closed, followed up, and hit numbers, and you can talk about the numbers you hit. Pilates teaching experience with a recognized reformer certification (classical or contemporary). You can teach a credible class and speak the language of the method, but you are excited that selling is the main event. 2+ years leading a team or a location. You have opened, or helped open, a studio, gym, or store and know what a launch actually takes. Fluent in studio software (Walla, Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or similar) and comfortable pulling and reading your own reports. Warm, outgoing, and unafraid of a phone call. You build relationships fast and you genuinely like people. Low-ego, team-first, and steady. You handle problems directly, keep confidences, and do not create or feed drama. Available for early mornings, some evenings, and Saturdays, especially during the launch period. Compensation Base salary plus monthly commission on new memberships plus quarterly bonuses tied to the membership milestones above Complimentary unlimited membership with a monthly guest pass Continuing education opportunities and a clear path to a multi-studio leadership role as b long grows across Florida Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Are you certified to teach pilates on an XFormer? Work Location: In person
