The role does not involve outdoor or external sales prospecting Deliver quality lessons with excellent manners and professionalism Assist customers to find the most appropriate cooking or baking plan Attend to all customers proactively and accountable for the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools Motivate and inspire the customers during lessons Requirements Proven experience in a sales role in any industry. Training will be provided for culinary/baking skills to conduct trial lessons. Friendly personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
