Studio Business Manager – Sales, Growth & Operations
About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first, business-driven Studio Business Manager who can own the growth, operations, and sales performance of our premium fitness studios. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur , understands how to grow a business on the ground, leads teams confidently, and delivers exceptional experiences to premium clients. What You’ll Own Drive studio revenue & growth Lead sales conversions, memberships, renewals & upsells Build strategies to consistently increase footfall & revenue Team Leadership & Management Manage trainers, front-desk & ops staff Motivate, guide and hold the team accountable for performance Premium Client Experience Handle high-value clients with confidence and professionalism Ensure world-class service and relationship management Backend Operations Daily studio operations, reporting, coordination & follow-ups Smooth functioning of schedules, systems & processes Business Thinking Identify opportunities to grow the studio Act like an owner, not just an employee Who We’re Looking For 2–3 years minimum experience in: Fitness industry OR Team management + sales-driven roles Strong sales mindset with real conversion experience Comfortable dealing with premium clientele Excellent communication skills – well-spoken & presentable High ownership, accountability & decision-making ability Young, vibrant, energetic personality Someone who brings boss vibes, leadership presence & positivity Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have background in Sales or Operations?
