We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Student Success & Enrolment Executive to guide prospective students through their learning journey while ensuring an exceptional student experience. This role combines student advisory, relationship management, programme coordination, content support, and administrative responsibilities. It is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting students, coordinating programmes, and contributing to a positive learning experience. What You’ll Be Doing You will support prospective and existing students throughout their learning journey while assisting with programme coordination and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to enquiries from prospective students and providing course recommendations based on their learning goals. Guiding students through the enrolment process and supporting them throughout their learning journey. Building strong relationships with students and encouraging continued learning . Coordinating class schedules, student registrations, and learning materials. Ensuring smooth communication between trainers and students. Assisting in workshop, event, and programme coordination. Capturing photos and videos during workshops and events. Supporting social media content creation and marketing activities . Maintaining accurate student records and preparing enrolment reports. Assisting with daily operational, administrative, and ad hoc tasks. What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply . You should have: Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, education, or account management is an advantage. Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Passionate about helping others and creating a positive customer experience. Preferred Qualifications The following experience and skills would be an advantage: Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management. Familiarity with social media management and content creation. Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
