- Ensure students’ grades in these subjects do not decline, maintaining an average of at least 4 on the 5-point scale
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children (e.g. teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or youth programmes)
- Genuine expertise in your own field — such as IT and robotics, the sciences, the humanities, or the arts — that you can develop into a specialist direction for students
- IELTS 6.5 or higher (or an equivalent English-language certificate)
- Fluent Uzbek, and the ability to communicate confidently with parents in Russian
- Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets for tracking grades, attendance, and progress
- A patient, kind, but demanding manner: warm with children while holding firm, consistent expectations
- Strong organisational and written reporting skills, with high standards of personal conduct: punctuality, reliability, discretion, and professional integrity
- Terms:
- Position type: Office-based; all work conducted on-site at the project premises in Tashkent
- Contract duration: Minimum one academic year (12 months), with possibility of renewal by mutual agreement
- Probation period: Three months, with formal review against agreed performance indicators — student grades, lesson cover rate, attendance, termly results, and student and parent satisfaction

- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience; details confirmed at interview
