# STRUCTURE FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR **Aspire Mechanical & Electrical Services LLC** · Mussafah · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose Responsible for supervising daily mechanical, fabrication, welding, piping, erection, maintenance and shutdown activities, ensuring safe and timely completion of work as per drawings and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and allocate daily work to workers and technicians. Coordinate fabrication, welding, fitting, piping and erection activities. Read and understand drawings and ensure work is completed as per specifications. Monitor manpower, productivity, materials and work progress. Coordinate with Engineers, QA/QC and HSE teams. Ensure safety procedures, PPE and housekeeping requirements are followed. Check quality, dimensions, fit-up and workmanship. Report site issues, material requirements and progress to management. Coordinate with clients and other contractors when required. Maintain daily manpower and work progress records. Qualifications & Experience ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification. 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in mechanical/fabrication works. Good knowledge of welding, fabrication, piping and erection. Ability to read drawings and manage manpower. Oil & Gas/industrial project experience is an advantage. Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
