Site Supervision & Monitoring Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at project sites. Ensure all structural works are carried out according to approved construction drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within project timeline. Coordinate site activities with contractors and subcontractors. 2. Quality Control Inspect structural works including concrete works, reinforcement works, formwork, steel structure installation, and related construction activities. Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards and project specifications. Identify defects or non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions. 3. Coordination & Communication Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors regarding site matters. Attend site meetings and provide updates on structural work progress. Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays. 4. Safety Compliance Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety regulations and site safety requirements. Monitor contractor compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements. Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily site reports and progress updates. Record manpower deployment, material delivery, and work progress. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and site instructions. Report project delays, technical issues, or material shortages to management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years experience in structural construction supervision. Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction methods. Knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structure works, and general construction practices. Familiar with site safety regulations and quality control procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage site issues effectively.
