Site Supervision: - Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of project progress. Technical Expertise: - Provide technical guidance and support for aluminium and glass fabrication and installation processes. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met. Documentation & Reporting: - Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and compliance records. - Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor used on site. Collaboration: - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. - Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in structural engineering or site engineering, specifically in aluminium and glass works. Technical Skills: - Proficient in structural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). - Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles. Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
