Plays a key role in overseeing specific work orders including agreeing to the scope of activities, managing risks and issues, coordinating budget, reporting, and facilitating specification and templates. Plans, specifies, and instructs structural works necessary to ensure the safety and integrity of the structure. Analyze tower and rooftop structures and foundations and provide structural analysis. Ability to review and answer redline corrections. The instigation and management of structural investigations including geotechnical surveys, structural surveys and forensic investigations including the production of technical reports. The design and approval of mast, tower, building, rooftop installations as required including feasibility costing, scheme design, detailed design, specifications, and structural acceptance. The acceptance and sign off of designs and handover documentation for the project. Provide engineering input into the review of sites assessed for long term viability. Define processes and procedures and is responsible for ensuring quality and compliance of policies and procedures for all structural activities. Maintenance of comprehensive structure records consistent with Quality Management System and customer quality standards. Prepare engineering designs and documents and confirms specifications. Designs construction projects by studying project concept, drawings, and models. Prepares engineering design by collecting and reviewing reports, maps, drawings, aerial photographs, and soil tests, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data. Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. Creates feasibility study by reviewing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements. Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding the teams. Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures. Provides engineering information by answering customer questions and requests. Complies with international, and local legal requirements by regularly reviewing existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.
