Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum 6 years relevant Structural Design experience, including 5 years UAE experience. Experience in multistorey residential, repetitive building typologies, community / mixed-use developments and infrastructure works. Responsibilities and Technical Capability Structural analysis, design and engineering calculations, including structural systems, foundations, framing and design optimization. Prepare structural design models, drawings, details, schedules. Develop Revit Structure / CAD models and coordinate structural design with Architecture, MEP and Infrastructure. Support multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, constructability and value engineering. Prepare and support quantity take-off, BOQ as required. Software Skills Revit Structure & AutoCAD. Structural analysis/design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro or equivalent. Navisworks for model coordination. MS Office / Excel. Project Experience & CV Requirement Proven UAE experience in completed multistorey residential/community projects, preferably repetitive building types. Good English communication and ability to work under a fast-track programme. CV shall be accompanied by a professional portfolio of at least 4–5 relevant completed UAE multistorey building and infrastructure projects , including representative samples of the candidate’s own structural design work, drawings, details, Revit/BIM models and design documentation, demonstrating hands-on design delivery and technical capability.
