Strategy & Transformation Manager
Allwyn is one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment companies. We run some of the best-known lotteries in Europe and beyond, including the UK National Lottery since 2024, with market-leading positions in Austria, the Czech Republic, the UK, Greece, Cyprus and Italy. We’re expanding further. We own a majority stake in PrizePicks, the largest daily fantasy sports operator in the USA, and a stake in Betano, one of Europe’s leading online sportsbooks.
We’re turning a group of strong local businesses into one global entertainment company, and that work is happening now. Over the next two years we’ll be bringing our technology together, launching new products and finding new ways to grow. We want people from inside and outside our industry to help make it happen.
Allwyn is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager . In this role, you’ll be the right hand of the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and the Strategy Planning & Transformation Director. You’ll work on the initiatives that shape Allwyn’s future, from Group strategy to new innovation projects, and you’ll own parts of them yourself. You’ll be the go-to person for strategy across the Group, working with leaders in every market and function. You’ll also help run how the Group plans and decides, so that good ideas turn into real results.
Why join: You’ll be at the centre of how Allwyn is run. You’ll work side by side with Group leadership, see the biggest decisions up close, and step in for senior leaders when needed. You’ll own real work from day one, and your responsibility will grow as fast as you do.
What you’ll do:
- Own parts of the Group’s most strategic initiatives, from setting up new workstreams to preparing key decisions for leadership.
- Work with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer on innovation initiatives such as Allwyn Labs, from shaping new ideas to bringing them into the wider strategy.
- Step in for the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and the Strategy Planning & Transformation Director in meetings and forums, and take decisions forward.
- Act as a sparring partner to both leaders on priorities, issues and next steps.
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for initiative owners, local market teams and Group functions on strategy and transformation topics.
- Run the steering committees for our strategic initiatives, from agendas and materials to following up decisions. Challenge plans and progress, and raise risks early with clear recommendations.
- Run the annual strategy planning and prioritisation cycle with Group functions and local markets, from collecting and reviewing submissions to following up decisions.
- Prepare strategy content for Management Team and CEO Office discussions.
- Introduce new joiners to Group strategy and priorities.
- Keep the team running smoothly, including team meetings, priorities and internal communication.
What do you need to succeed:
- 1–2 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, a transformation office, investment banking, a business management or chief-of-staff role, or a similar analytical role.
- A university degree in business, economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and clear writing, with the ability to turn complex or incomplete input into concise executive materials.
- Excellent organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, representing the team, following up on inputs and constructively challenging plans when needed.
- An ownership mindset: you learn quickly, navigate unfamiliar topics, build structure from scratch and take responsibility for delivering results.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work across Group functions and local market teams.
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information and strategic projects.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; Czech is an advantage.
What do we offer:
- Stable job in a collaborative, friendly and international team culture
- Competitive salary
- Annual performance-based bonus
- 25 days of vacation
- Additional benefits – pension contribution, subsidised meals in the office building restaurant, multisport card for a discounted price or gym/yoga classes directly in the office, exclusive healthcare, employee discounts at Bořislavka shopping mall etc.

- Udemy e-learning platform unlimited license
- Work equipment: Company Laptop, Company mobile phone + SIM Card & package of mobile data also for personal use
- Prague location directly at Bořislavka metro station
