# Strategy Consultant **THAMPICO LLC** · กรุงเทพฯ · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Strategy Consultant Location: Bangkok, Thailand Working Arrangement: Hybrid; 2-3 days/week in our downtown Bangkok office, remainder remote Type: Full-time; open to Contract About the Role We're a newly launched consulting venture in Thailand, backed by an established US-based management consulting firm as our lead investor, building a practical approach to organizational strategy and transformation for companies across Southeast Asia. We work at the intersection of strategy, process improvement, and change management, with a growing focus on helping clients apply new technology and AI tools where they create real operational value, not where they generate hype. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll work directly with our founding team to shape both client engagements and the way we build the practice itself. We're looking for someone who wants to be trained in a structured, disciplined methodology from an experienced principal and work hands on with SME clients. What You'll Do Support strategy and transformation engagements end to end: requirements gathering, current-state analysis, and gap identification Help design governance and operating structures for clients managing complex, cross-functional initiatives Contribute to technology and AI adoption roadmaps, translating client pain points into sequenced, practical recommendations Prepare client-facing deliverables: strategy documents, project plans, workshop materials, and executive presentations Coordinate and help facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions Track scope, timelines, and deliverables across active engagements Support research and analysis for new client proposals and business development Contribute to the ongoing development of our internal frameworks and methodology as the firm grows About You 3-5+ years of post-undergraduate experience working in progressively responsible roles involving cross-functional collaboration, independent analysis, presentations, and executive interface and communications Strong undergraduate degree; an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems, structure ambiguity, and translate findings into practical recommendations Experience with client-facing work: stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, or delivery Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving firm where responsibilities evolve as the practice grows Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging senior stakeholders Native Thai speakers only; professional proficiency in English preferred Based in or able to commute regularly to Bangkok Must already have authorization to work in Thailand; we are not able to sponsor a work permit or visa Why Join Us Direct, hands-on mentorship from a founding principal with close to two decades of consulting and program management experience across complex engagements A genuine seat at the table in building a new practice from the ground up Exposure to the full range of consulting work: delivery, methodology, and business development Hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week in our downtown Bangkok office) that balances collaboration with flexibility The chance to help shape how strategy and applied technology work gets done for businesses across Southeast Asia Job Type: Full-time Pay: ฿50,000.00 - ฿75,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you understand this job may not begin until January?
