This position will work closely with executive leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong project manager, and effective communicator who is comfortable working in both corporate and field environments. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, build relationships across teams, identify challenges, and drive projects forward. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with executive leadership and requires approximately 80% travel. This is a full-time salaried position. Key Responsibilities - Support executive leadership with corporate strategic planning and business initiatives. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives - Partner with engineering, construction, operations, and site leadership teams - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to address challenges - Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to executive leadership - Prepare presentations, reports, project updates, and other materials for leadership - Coordinate activities between corporate teams and project sites - Support resource planning, scheduling, and project prioritization - Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and project outcomes - Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Travel approximately 80% to project locations, including Taylor, Texas, and other sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in corporate strategic planning - Understanding of construction engineering & management - Project management experience - Engineering background preferred; business background with technical or engineering experience also welcome - Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field - Experience in strategic planning, project management, or a similar role - Understanding of construction, engineering, or technical project environments - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively with executives, technical professionals, and cross-functional teams - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% Why Join SYMS?
