A glimpse in your role: Reporting to the KSA Country Manager and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives in a dynamic international environment. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will translate business priorities into actionable plans, engage key stakeholders, and deliver sustainable business improvements. You will: Lead assigned strategic and operational projects from definition through implementation, handover and post-project review. Define project scope, objectives, governance, milestones, budgets, resources and success measures in partnership with key stakeholders. Build robust project plans and maintain clear, decision-ready reporting for senior management. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance, Operations and Technology, as well as external partners and authorities. Monitor delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations, taking corrective action when needed. Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early and drive effective mitigation plans. Lead or support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working. Prepare business cases through data analysis, research, financial modelling and scenario assessment. Partner with Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance and Operations teams to align priorities, coordinate activities and support decision-making. Support the KSA Country Manager in organizing and driving Management Team activities, acting as a trusted partner to the Managing Director. Your responsibilities include: Managing multiple strategic and operational projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintaining project governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective execution across departments. Delivering business cases, operational recommendations and management presentations to support key decisions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting organizational change efforts. You'll drive towards success if you have: 5 to 8 years of project management experience, ideally within an international, fintech, financial services or operations environment. A Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Project Management or a related field. A proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and engaging senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations. Experience developing business cases, financial models and management-level presentations. The ability to understand and document operational, system and accounting flows. A solid understanding of technology and experience collaborating with both business and technical teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred qualifications: Experience with CRM and BI/reporting tools such as Salesforce, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) or Power BI. Experience liaising with clients, public authorities or regulatory stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
