# Strategic Account Operations Leader **Schneider Electric** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: Strategic Account Operations Leader Mission Assume full accountability for the execution, delivery, and Commissiong of a portfolio of projects in line with our Long-Term Program Agreement with one of our strategic accounts in the Data Center segment. The incumbent will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with other functions (i.e purchasing, logistics, contract mgt, project controlling, technical leaders, Site & Cx managers and Quality) to ensure consistent, high-quality, and profitable delivery of multiple concurrent projects. Scope and Environment The customer is a strategic account operating in East Asia & Australia who is now expanding in India. The portfolio of projects includes all technologies and solutions of the Scheider Electric Energy Management business unit and across 3 locations in India. The client’s management team in India will be based in Mumbai. This role will report to the Strategic Account Program VP. Key Responsibilities - Portfolio Execution & Delivery - Lead and coordinate simultaneous project execution across multiple locations in India - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality and safety standards - Drive standardization and consistency in delivery practices across the region - Monitor project performance (schedule, cost, risk, KPIs) and implement corrective actions - Manage variations, claims, and disputes effectively with support of contract manager - Mitigate commercial and delivery risks across all projects - Financial & Performance Accountability - Own portfolio P&L performance and financial outcomes of the projects in India - Drive cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency - Establish and monitor KPIs across project delivery & customer satisfaction - Customer Leadership & Satisfaction - Act as the primary senior interface for the customer across all projects in India - Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the client leadership team - Ensure consistent delivery excellence aligned with customer expectations - Ensure that project status and progress is reported on a regular basis according to the specified requirement and proactively manage issues, escalations, and scope changes. - Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and performance metrics - Support to Tendering Team - Ensure alignment between tender assumptions and execution capabilities - Support the tendering team in - - Defining the right execution set up, - Identification of project execution risk & mitigation plan, - Sharing lessons learned lessons from execution to be considered during the bidding stage - Collaboration - Strong and tight collaboration with: - The rest of the functions supporting the program including tendering, technical, contract management, purchasing & logistics, Site mgt team, field services, Process & Gov, Quality & Finance and his/her peers in Australia & East Asia. - Intra-Group and Outside Group suppliers or services providers Requirements Education - University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus - PMP certified professional Languages - Fluent in English Experience - 15+ years of experience in: - - Multi-projects, multi-technology projects in an international environment - Data Center or critical infrastructure projects - Proven track record in: - - Complex stakeholders and contract management identifying and negotiating claims and contract variations - Delivering financial and operational performance - Resolving project performance issues and coach other project managers in successful project delivery Skills: - Strong operational leadership including Team Builder, Results driven, Positive, Constructive, Decisive - Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, setting priorities and providing direction - Ability to effectively orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, whilst anticipating and adjusting for problems and roadblocks - Excellent communication and ability to build and retain professional and mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships - Ability to drive collaboration across cultures and regions (External) English Qualifications: BE / Btech - Electrical / Mechanical Local Benefits (English): Rewards designed for you Our Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
