# Stores & Warehouse Team Leader **UCC Ireland** · Port Laoise, County Laois · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of Stores & Warehouse activities through demonstrating effective people management to improve operational efficiency and ensure productivity targets are met. The Role: - Manage the day to day running of the Stores & Warehouse, supervise team members and assist in daily duties to ensure workloads stay on track and orders are fulfilled efficiently - Track and report daily and weekly performance data while ensuring clear communication through team briefings and one-to-one meeting - Manage D365 activities, ensuring timely availability of coffee machine parts and consumables & coordinating incoming and outgoing machine movements - Maintain security and uphold health & safety standards, ensuring the stores and warehouse remain clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times - Accountability for inventory, courier operations, waste management and supplier invoices - Check all incoming/outgoing stocks are in good condition and relevant documentation is in place - Manage spare parts inventory by ensuring all new parts are correctly stored and labelled, deliveries are processed promptly, and daily stock counts and investigations are conducted to maintain accurate inventory levels - Plan and oversee external customer orders to achieve agreed turnaround targets - Establish or adjust work procedures to meet demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow - Monitor team performance closely, coaching and developing across all areas of the operation and taking ownership of the annual appraisal process - Recommend measures to improve quality of service, increasing productivity and efficiency of department work - Set up induction plans for new starters, ensure staff are up to date with training and assist the Site Operations manager with the recruitment process - Manage uniform orders to ensure all staff have suitable attire for their duties - Ensure service engineers receive required parts as soon as they become available - Send weekly KPI reports to the Site Operations Manager The Person: - A natural leader and people motivator with FMCG stores/warehouse supervisory experience - Technical aptitude with commitment to delivery of excellent quality standards - An effective communicator and able to build internal relationships at all levels - Excellent admin and IT skills-Microsoft Office - Strong attention to detail, ability to follow H&S guidelines and implement procedures - Knowledge of transport procedures and third-party courier systems - Hold a Counter Balance and/or Flexi Truck licence - Experience of Lean/Six Sigma would be advantageous - Flexible approach to work and hours Salary: €36k
