Job Type: Full time JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. RESPONSIBILITIES > Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening to closing procedures > Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability > Train and supervise service crew to maintain high levels of customer service > Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly > Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability > Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations > Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store QUALIFICATIONS > College graduate or Bachelor's degree holder > Previous experience in the food industry > strong leadership and communication skills > Excellent customer service skills > ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively > knowledge of inventory management systems > flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays Location: RCBC Plaza, Makati Pay: Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
