You serve as the vital connection between the retail floor and corporate headquarters. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day activities—from sales and stock intake to inventory audits—while strictly following company protocols. Brand & Service Leadership: Act as a brand ambassador by resolving customer issues promptly and ensuring every visitor receives a premium experience. People Management: Mentor and lead your team, fostering a high-performance environment to hit and exceed sales goals. Fiscal & Stock Oversight: Control the budget, monitor financial health, and optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and boost margins. Data & Reporting: Provide the head office with actionable insights through regular reporting on sales trends and cash management. Facility Stewardship: Ensure the store remains a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment for both staff and shoppers.
