Key Responsibilities: ● Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow ● Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs ● Lead, motivate, and guide Beauty Advisors on the floor ● Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience ● Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally ● Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness ● Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts ● Ensure compliance with company policies and mall/store regulations ● Assist Store Manager in reporting and administrative tasks Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course ● With at least 1–2 years experience in retail or cosmetics industry ● With supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage ● Strong leadership and communication skills ● Sales-driven and customer-oriented ● Knowledge or interest in beauty and makeup is a plus Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
