Check out the website : https://seeyoutmrw.com/ The Role We're opening our first Canadian store inside Holt Renfrew Yorkdale, and we're looking for a hands-on Store Supervisor to help build it from day one. You'll be the Store Manager's right hand: leading the team on the floor, keeping standards high, and owning stock so that every product is where it should be, when it should be. This is a role for someone who loves the energy of the shop floor but also takes pride in the detail behind it. You'll be part of a small launch team of six, so you'll get real responsibility, visibility with our brand partners, and the chance to shape how tm:rw runs in Toronto. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Store Manager - Act as second-in-command, running the store confidently in the Store Manager's absence, including opening and closing - Lead, coach and motivate the Sales Associate team, setting the tone for service, product knowledge and energy on the floor - Support with rotas, break plans and daily briefings so the store is always properly covered - Help drive sales performance against daily and weekly targets, sharing insights on what's working - Support the onboarding and training of new team members, including during the pre-opening launch period - Uphold tm:rw and Holt Renfrew standards across customer experience, presentation and store operations - Handle customer queries and escalations calmly and professionally Stock Management - Take ownership of all stock processes in store: deliveries, receiving, transfers, returns and replenishment - Keep the stockroom organized, accurate and audit-ready at all times - Carry out regular stock counts and cycle checks, investigating and resolving discrepancies - Monitor stock levels and sell-through, flagging low stock, overstocks and slow movers to the Store Manager and Head Office - Ensure brand partner products are received, logged and merchandised in line with partner agreements and launch timelines - Manage stock loss prevention, including security tagging, damages and shrinkage reporting - Work closely with the Head Office stock and operations teams to keep systems and physical stock aligned Store Standards & Operations - Maintain visual merchandising standards and make sure demo products are charged, working and ready to try - Support cash handling, till procedures and end-of-day reporting - Make sure health & safety and store compliance procedures are followed What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from people who have: - 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or key holder role in retail, ideally premium, luxury or tech - Hands-on experience with stock management: receiving, counts, replenishment and stock systems - A natural ability to lead by example and bring a small team together - Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail - Confidence with numbers, reporting and basic retail KPIs - A genuine passion for technology, gaming or lifestyle brands, and for great customer experiences - Experience of a new store opening is a strong plus - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods, and availability from 9 November Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour Application question(s): - We'd love to see a 60-second video introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be great at tm:rw.
