In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales performance, and foster a welcoming and brand aligned environment for customers and staff alike. A knowledge and genuine love for vintage fashion is a must, we are looking for candidates who actively observe trends, absorb customer feedback and have strong visual merchandising skills. Your leadership will drive team motivation, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure that merchandising store standards are consistently met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while making a tangible impact on store success. Responsibilities - Support the Store Manager to manage staff and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. - Maintaining exceptional in-store visual standards through visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organised environment. - Being a motivator and coaching team members in conversion techniques and customer service skills. - Managing styling loans and coordinating with stylists and clients. - Planning of store activations and event planning. - Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability. - Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor time management to optimise store performance. - Support administrative functions such as reporting, record keeping, and compliance with organizational standards. Requirements - Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with supervising or team management responsibilities. - Strong organisational skills and a flair for multi-tasking. - Strong knowledge of 90's and 2000's vintage fashion, holding an awareness of brands, trends and styles of these era's. - Competent in producing polished and brand aligned social media content. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
