The position requires a customer-oriented, approachable, and sales-driven individual who can effectively assist customers and contribute to the overall performance of the store. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Explain product features, specifications, prices, promotions, and payment options. Promote products and actively work toward achieving individual and store sales targets. Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities. Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS or other company systems. Handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company procedures. Prepare receipts, invoices, and other required sales documents. Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, priced, and organized. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and sales area. Monitor product availability and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for replenishment. Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring as needed. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Store Supervisor or Manager. Assist in store promotions, marketing activities, and other sales initiatives. Provide feedback regarding customer preferences, product demand, and sales opportunities. Prepare required sales and store-related reports. Comply with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, store sales, customer service, or a related field . Fresh graduates with relevant customer-facing experience may be considered. With a pleasant, approachable, and professional personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented and confident in dealing with customers. Sales-driven and comfortable working with sales targets. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage. Good numerical and organizational skills. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Willing to be assigned to the company's store location.
