Store Operations Manager - luxury retail store
About the Role Our client is looking for a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house efficiency. The role will support inventory management, store facilities, policies and procedures, client service operations, and team development to deliver a seamless retail experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house workflow. Manage inventory, stock organization, stock counts, transfers, replenishment, and stock accuracy. Ensure smooth shipping, receiving, client orders, deliveries, and after-sales operational support. Maintain store facilities, equipment, systems, fixtures, and overall store presentation. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, mall management, IT, and store planning teams when needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and internal control standards. Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Support the store team in delivering high service standards through strong operational support. Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, including performance management and training. Support recruitment, team motivation, succession planning, and a positive working environment. Requirements Solid hands-on retail operations experience; luxury retail background is not a must. Experience in inventory management, stock control, store administration, facilities, or back-of-house operations. People management or team supervisory experience is preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage. Full-time
