Store Operations Leader
Camy’s Chargrill Chicken is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on Store Operations Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Balgowlah store. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example and creating a positive, motivated and high-performing team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous hospitality leadership experience who is reliable, organised, proactive and ready to take ownership of a store and its team. What you’ll be responsible for: Leading and supporting the team during daily operations Preparing and managing the weekly roster Managing stock orders, inventory and supplier coordination Motivating, coaching and developing the team Training and supporting team members Maintaining high standards across customer service, food quality, cleanliness and food safety Monitoring key store KPIs, including labour, stock and operational performance Driving the team towards store targets and improvement initiatives Implementing and following through on operational initiatives and instructions from Head Office Handling day-to-day challenges and finding practical solutions Taking ownership of store organisation and overall operational standards Who we’re looking for: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or a similar fast-paced environment Confident leading, motivating and developing a team Energetic, proactive and hands-on Mature, reliable and organised Comfortable taking ownership and making day-to-day decisions Good understanding of store KPIs and operational performance Ensuring the team completes daily operational and cleaning checklists to maintain store standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends Must have full working rights in Australia Must live in or within easy commuting distance of Balgowlah / Northern Beaches Pay & Benefits: From $34 per hour with higher weekend rates.
