The candidate will also handle inbound customer calls and provide basic information about the company’s products/services. Key Responsibilities * Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. * Manage invoices, bills, payments, and other routine accounting documentation. * Maintain and update stock and inventory records. * Coordinate with logistics companies and vendors for product dispatch and delivery. * Manage dispatch-related entries, documentation, and follow-ups. * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Attend inbound customer calls and understand their queries. * Provide customers with basic information about the company’s products/services. * Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate internally whenever further assistance is required. * Maintain proper records of accounting, inventory, dispatch, and customer-related activities. Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Accounting, Operations, or a similar role. * Good knowledge of basic accounting principles. * Hands-on experience with Tally is preferred. * Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting entries. * Experience in inventory/stock management will be an advantage. * Good communication skills to handle inbound customer calls and vendor coordination. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. * Good organizational and follow-up skills. * Ability to manage multiple day-to-day responsibilities efficiently. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,700.36 per month Work Location: In person
