Store Manager – Stock Control & Warehouse
Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stock issuance. Maintain accurate stock records, stock codes, labels, serial numbers, and warehouse locations. Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, documented, and recorded. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation. Manage reserved, project, demo, returned, damaged, and service stock. Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, and missing items. Organise and maintain a clean, safe, and systematic warehouse. Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, and Project teams on stock requirements and deliveries. Ensure warehouse staff follow company SOPs and inventory procedures. Prepare stock and warehouse reports for management. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or stock management. Experience managing warehouse staff. Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems. Able to work independently and take ownership of daily operations. Application Question(s): What is your expected salary?
