Lead, train, and motivate sales and support staff. Ensure exceptional customer experience and product knowledge. Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals. Coordinate with DJI head office for marketing, training, and product launches. Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness. Manage inventory and stock replenishment. Handle customer concerns, warranty, and after-sales support. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role. Experience in tech, electronics, or drone/gadget retail is a strong advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sales-driven, customer-focused, and tech-savvy. Proficient in inventory systems, POS operations, and reporting tools. Willing to work in malls or high-traffic locations and on weekends/holidays if needed.
