This role requires a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example to uphold brand standards, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The Store Proprietor also oversees daily store operations, inventory, compliance, visual merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the store consistently meets financial, operational, and customer service objectives. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of retail experience, including 2–3 years in a store leadership role. Strong leadership, coaching, sales, financial, and operational management skills. Experience with client relationship management, retail KPIs, inventory control, POS/CRM systems, and business reporting.
