We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our Brand Retail Store in NCR and take charge of store performance, team development, and customer experience. YOUR ROLE As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a high-performing store environment by: Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs Leading, coaching, and developing Lifestyle Sales Experts Creating an exceptional customer experience through effective selling and product demonstrations Overseeing daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and store readiness Ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and partner requirements Managing team schedules and ensuring proper store coverage Monitoring sales, customer, inventory, and team performance Using data and performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred At least 3 years of experience in retail operations Strong experience in sales and customer service Proven experience in team leadership or people management Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial management Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team while managing day-to-day operations YOUR NEXT STEP STARTS HERE Join a team where your retail experience can become a platform for leadership, growth, and greater responsibility .
