Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Coordinate with the Head Office for store promotions, events, and inventory planning. Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, career-oriented, and hardworking. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment. Must be willing to work on a shift schedule (store hours generally 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM). *Store hours may extend during holidays (e.g., Christmas season) or for inventory and special events. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
