We’re Hiring: Branch Manager | DOTS Café

At Trace Hospitality and DOTS Café (Details of the Service) , we’re a growing F&B concept in Abu Dhabi specializing in food truck operations, restaurant management, and catering services across the UAE.

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our food truck operations and drive performance, team engagement, and customer experience.

Role Overview As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the branch — ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistent delivery of our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food truck/branch
• Lead, train, and motivate the team (FOH & BOH)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
• Monitor sales, performance, and cost control
• Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and attendance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with Head Office on reporting and operational needs

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Must be able to commute or relocate before joining and willing reassignment on branches
