In this role, you will lead by example on the floor, train and coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure every customer receives a consistently outstanding experience as we launch and grow our brand. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coaching: Direct, train, and mentor a team of 4 employees, fostering a high-performing, accountable culture focused on consistency and exceptional service. Daily Operations & Standards: Oversee opening/closing routines, cash handling, and daily workflows while ensuring accurate, standardized preparation of all menu items. Menu Development & Refinement: Collaborate on menu innovation, test new recipe formulations, optimize cost of goods sold (COGS), and refine existing offerings based on customer feedback and sales data. Inventory & Supplier Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and keep inventory lean while ensuring zero product stockouts. Equipment & Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure all commercial equipment is operating correctly, properly maintained, and strictly compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Customer Experience: Deliver excellent front-of-house service, resolve customer concerns professionally, and identify continuous opportunities to elevate product quality. Requirements 3–5 years of experience managing a café, smoothie bar, specialty coffee shop, or similar F&B outlet (GCC experience preferred). Pay: BD550.000 - BD650.000 per month Work Location: In person
