Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and store standards. Drive sales targets and profitability through effective team management. Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule store staff. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requirements Graduate in any discipline; retail management qualification preferred. 3+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and POS systems. Willingness to work at the assigned location.
