Store Manager
Job Title: Store Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, including sales performance, team leadership, inventory control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management within the chocolate, confectionery, or premium food & beverage sector. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth, efficient functioning. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs. Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver excellent customer service. Maintain high standards of product presentation, merchandising, and store cleanliness. Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and control wastage in line with product shelf life. Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage team performance. Coordinate with management on promotions, new product launches, and store initiatives. Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in the chocolate, confectionery, or premium F&B sector. Prior experience in the chocolate industry is required. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations. Good knowledge of ERP & inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
