Position Overview Radiant Ayurveda is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Centre Manager to independently manage and drive the overall operations and business performance of its Bannerghatta and Kasturinagar Ayurveda Centres . The Centre Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of both centres , including staff management, customer experience, sales, marketing coordination, centre operations, accommodation coordination, revenue growth, target achievement, reporting and day-to-day administration. The role requires a person who can take complete ownership of centre performance , identify business opportunities and implement practical actions to improve revenue, customer retention and overall centre efficiency. 2. Key Responsibility AreasA. Centre Operations Management - Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of both centres. - Ensure both centres operate smoothly and according to Radiant Ayurveda's standards. - Monitor opening, closing, cleanliness, ambience, equipment and overall centre readiness. - Ensure treatments, therapies and customer services are delivered smoothly. - Coordinate with doctors, therapists, receptionists and other centre staff. - Identify operational issues and resolve them quickly. - Ensure proper maintenance of centre facilities and equipment. - Maintain proper coordination between the two centres. B. Staff Management - Manage and supervise all staff working at both centres. - Allocate duties and responsibilities based on centre requirements. - Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and work performance. - Prepare/coordinate staff duty schedules and shift arrangements. - Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews. - Identify staff performance gaps and take corrective action. - Support recruitment and onboarding of required staff. - Coordinate staff training and skill development. - Maintain a positive and professional working environment. - Ensure adequate staffing during peak business periods. C. Staff Accommodation & Welfare - Take responsibility for staff accommodation-related coordination wherever applicable. - Monitor accommodation arrangements, cleanliness and basic facilities. - Coordinate with landlords/service providers when required. - Address staff accommodation-related issues promptly. - Maintain proper records of accommodation-related expenses and arrangements. - Ensure staff welfare requirements are communicated to management. D. Sales & Revenue Management - Take ownership of the revenue performance of both centres. - Work towards achieving the monthly revenue target of each centre. - Minimum expected target: approximately ₹3–4 lakh per centre per month , subject to management-approved targets. - Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance. - Identify gaps between actual performance and target. - Prepare and execute action plans to close revenue gaps. - Improve treatment/package sales and customer conversions. - Encourage repeat visits, package renewals and customer retention. - Monitor enquiries, consultations, conversions and revenue. - Ensure every potential customer is properly followed up. - Analyse the performance of individual staff members wherever applicable. E. Business Growth & Marketing - Identify new opportunities to increase business at both centres. - Coordinate with the marketing team for local marketing activities. - Support Meta/Google and other digital marketing campaigns by providing centre-level inputs. - Identify local partnerships and referral opportunities. - Explore corporate, hotel, residential community and other potential tie-ups. - Develop local promotional activities to increase centre footfall. - Monitor the quality and quantity of leads received. - Ensure proper follow-up of marketing-generated enquiries. - Suggest new offers, packages and promotional strategies based on market requirements. - Study competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management. F. Customer Experience & Retention - Ensure every customer receives a professional and satisfactory experience. - Monitor customer feedback and complaints. - Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. - Maintain service quality standards across both centres. - Track repeat customers and package customers. - Identify reasons for customer drop-offs and take corrective measures. - Develop strategies to improve customer retention and referrals. - Ensure the centre maintains a premium and professional Ayurveda wellness experience. G. Financial & Administrative Responsibility - Monitor daily collections and revenue reports. - Ensure proper billing and payment procedures. - Coordinate with accounts/management regarding outstanding payments and financial requirements. - Monitor centre-level operational expenses. - Ensure expenses remain within approved budgets. - Avoid unnecessary operational expenditure. - Verify basic purchases and centre requirements. - Maintain proper documentation and records. - Submit required financial and operational information to management on time. H. Inventory & Facility Management - Monitor stock levels of medicines, oils, therapy materials, consumables and other centre requirements. - Ensure timely procurement of required materials. - Prevent unnecessary wastage and stock shortages. - Maintain proper inventory records. - Monitor equipment and facility maintenance. - Coordinate repairs and maintenance requirements. - Ensure treatment rooms and customer areas are always properly maintained. I. Reporting & Performance Monitoring The Centre Manager must maintain regular performance reporting for both centres. Key metrics should include: - Daily Revenue - Monthly Revenue - Target vs Achievement - Number of Enquiries - Consultation Count - Conversion Rate - Treatment/Package Sales - Repeat Customers - Customer Retention - Staff Attendance - Staff Productivity - Marketing Leads - Lead-to-Visit Conversion - Customer Complaints - Centre Expenses - Major Operational Issues J. Target & Accountability The Centre Manager will be directly accountable for the overall performance of both centres. Indicative monthly revenue expectation: CentreMonthly TargetBannerghatta₹3–4 LakhKasturinagar₹3–4 Lakh Combined Target₹6–8 Lakh Targets may be revised by management based on business conditions, seasonality, centre capacity and growth plans. The Centre Manager is expected to: - Review performance every day. - Identify target gaps early. - Take corrective action immediately. - Build weekly action plans. - Drive staff towards centre-level targets. - Report challenges along with proposed solutions rather than only reporting problems. 3. Daily Responsibilities - Check both centres' operational status. - Review previous day's revenue and performance. - Check staff attendance and availability. - Review appointments and expected customer visits. - Monitor enquiries and follow-ups. - Track ongoing treatments/packages. - Address customer or staff issues. - Check centre cleanliness and readiness. - Monitor sales performance. - Coordinate marketing and promotional activities. - Ensure pending tasks are completed. - Share important updates with management. 4. Weekly Responsibilities - Review centre-wise revenue against target. - Review staff performance. - Review lead and conversion performance. - Analyse customer feedback. - Review marketing performance. - Identify business growth opportunities. - Review expenses and operational issues. - Prepare weekly action plan for both centres. - Conduct staff review meetings where required. - Submit weekly performance report to management. 5. Monthly Responsibilities - Prepare complete monthly performance review for both centres. - Analyse target vs achievement. - Review staff productivity. - Review customer retention and repeat business. - Analyse marketing and sales performance. - Review centre expenses. - Identify major operational gaps. - Prepare next month's business growth plan. - Recommend staffing or resource requirements. - Present centre performance and improvement plan to management. 6. Required Skills & Competencies The ideal candidate should have: - Strong people management skills. - Strong sales and business development skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple teams and locations. - Strong problem-solving ability. - Customer service orientation. - Target-oriented mindset. - Basic financial and reporting understanding. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to handle staff-related issues professionally. - Ability to coordinate with marketing teams. - Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills. - Willingness to travel between Bannerghatta and Kasturinagar centres. - Ability to take ownership and make day-to-day decisions. 7. Preferred Experience - 3–6 years of experience in centre management, hospitality, wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, spa, clinic, resort or similar service businesses. - Experience managing multiple locations will be an advantage. - Experience in sales and revenue management is preferred. - Experience managing 10+ staff members will be an advantage. - Experience in customer relationship management and local marketing is preferred. Ayurveda/wellness industry experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong experience in operations, sales, people management and centre/business management. 8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The Centre Manager will be evaluated primarily on: - Centre Revenue Achievement - Target vs Actual Performance - Sales Conversion - Customer Retention - Repeat Customer / Package Renewal - Staff Productivity - Staff Attendance & Discipline - Customer Satisfaction - Lead Follow-up & Conversion - Centre Expense Control - Operational Efficiency - Business Growth Initiatives 9. Authority & Ownership The Centre Manager will have operational authority to manage the day-to-day functioning of both centres within the policies and budgets approved by management. The role includes responsibility for: People + Operations + Customers + Sales + Marketing Coordination + Revenue + Centre Administration + Business Growth Major financial commitments, recruitment decisions, pricing changes, new packages, major vendor contracts and other management-level decisions will require approval from the designated management authority. 10. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is not merely an administrator , but a business-oriented centre leader . The ideal person should be able to: Manage the centre → Manage the team → Manage customers → Drive sales → Identify problems → Find solutions → Build business → Achieve targets. The candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility for the complete performance of two centres and should have a strong ownership mindset, commercial understanding and people-management capability .
