Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning. Drive store sales and revenue in line with business targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales and support team . Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance. Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience . Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution. Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment . Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, merchandising, and other internal teams. Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation . Maintain store hygiene, discipline, safety, and operational standards.
